Northern Alaska

Rich in native culture, wildlife and open spaces, Northern Alaska is full of rivers perfect for remote floats.

Head to Gates of the Arctic National Park for beautiful scenery and sights of the Porcupine or Central Arctic caribou herd. Tundra dominates the landscape north of the Brooks Range, and offers good viewing opportunities for wildlife.

Northern Alaska is rich in wilderness. You can explore the limited road system and its surrounding areas or go on a fly out trip. Both offer great opportunities to explore the region.

Our guests should be aware that the weather can affect your trip significantly. Because of fierce winds from the ocean or annual wild fires, we allow for more "flex" time on northern river trips.
